The beautification plan for downtown Pullman includes the placement of concrete planters in front of businesses along 109th Avenue. These will be in addition to the landscaping plans for the three lots at the northwest corner of 109th and 56th street, at the southeast corner of 109th Avenue and 56th Street, and at the Pullman Post Office.
